That’s exactly why I created Calm & Quietude: to guide you back to yourself through simple, yet powerful practices like meditation, journaling, Reiki and more.

I offer a variety of ways for you to connect – whether through 1:1 Virtual Reiki sessions, in-person or virtual Reiki circles, or my transformative The CalmQ Journey spiritual coaching program. This passion comes from my own healing journey, where I turned to these tools to overcome heartbreak, depression, anxiety, and overwhelm.
