4 Tips to Attract More Clients
4 Tips to Attract More Clients
Attracting more clients means more income for you. There are lots of ways you can do this - here are our top tips for bringing in more business to your beauty business.
Make Things Clear
Make it easy for potential clients to make appointments with you. If the information on your website or social media isn’t correct, or the links don’t work properly, people won’t feel safe enough to book with you. Be very honest about the prices you charge so that your potential clients can have a clear idea of how much they will be paying for your services.
Use Client Testimonials
You should include testimonials from previous clients or students, this could be before and after treatment photos or reviews left from clients about your services or courses. People will always feel safer moving forward when they can see their own situation reflected in someone else's point of view.
Use Social Media
As we are all aware, social media is the go-to place for building businesses these days. It’s now also apparent that video is on the rise and becoming a powerful way of building your numbers as it’s fed to more of your social media followers than regular posts. So why not make a video, maybe a short clip of different treatments you offer, client transformations or, if you’re a training provider, what they can expect from signing up to your courses. Make sure that you are responsive to any comments and start making yourself a real person to them.
Get Accredited
If you have not already done so, join a reputable accreditation board which will show your clients that you are a professional and that you care about your business. IPHM Beauty has been established to offer all beauty therapists and training providers a fair and equal platform to promote themselves and offers the client the opportunity to request a registered therapist or training provider, which in turn gives them more confidence to choose a therapist they can trust.
